Best New-Car Finance and Lease Deals in Denver — August 2026

August lease deals

Updated August 17, 2026

Denver-area shoppers can currently find several strong new-car incentives, particularly on Honda and Hyundai models. The headline payment does not tell the whole story, though: many advertised leases require $4,000–$6,000 upfront.

Here are the offers that stand out after accounting for financing terms, cash due at signing and local availability.

Offers, inventory and qualification requirements can change without notice. Most require excellent credit, and advertised prices generally exclude tax, title, registration and dealer-added products.

Best finance offers

1. Hyundai Tucson Plug-in Hybrid: 0% APR for 60 months

This is arguably the strongest financing offer we found. Mountain Hyundai lists:

  • 0% APR for up to 60 months
  • 1.9% APR for 72 months
  • A net $500 Colorado innovative-vehicle credit
  • Offer expiration: September 8, 2026

The state’s underlying 2026 innovative motor-vehicle credit is $750. Colorado permits a dealer accepting the assigned credit to retain an administrative fee of up to $250, which explains why some dealership listings show $500 rather than $750.

For a buyer financing $40,000, moving from a typical 6.5% loan to 0% for 60 months could save roughly $7,000 in interest. View the Hyundai offer and Colorado’s official credit guidance.

2. Honda Prologue: 0.99% APR for up to 60 months

Honda’s Denver-area program lists 0.99% APR for 24–60 months on the 2026 Prologue. Some shoppers may also qualify for loyalty or conquest incentives, although these cannot always be combined with promotional financing.

This is one of the better low-rate choices for an electric AWD crossover. Check Honda offers for ZIP code 80229.

3. Honda Ridgeline: 1.99% APR for 36 months

Qualified buyers can finance a 2026 Ridgeline at:

  • 1.99% APR for 24–36 months
  • 2.99% APR for 37–60 months
  • Potential $750 loyalty/conquest assistance
  • Potential $2,000 sales credit, depending on the selected program

The short 1.99% term produces a higher payment, but it is attractive for buyers who can comfortably pay the truck off in three years. See current Honda incentives.

4. Honda CR-V: 2.99% APR for 36 months

Mile High Honda advertises 2.99% APR for up to 36 months on qualifying new 2026 CR-V models, excluding hybrids. The offer runs through September 8, 2026.

This is a solid option for shoppers who want a conventional compact SUV rather than an EV or plug-in hybrid. Review the Denver-area CR-V offer.

Best overall lease: 2026 Honda Accord LX

At $229 per month for 36 months with $3,999 due at signing, the Accord has the lowest effective cost among the verified offers we reviewed.

Its approximate pre-tax cost is $334 per month after spreading the upfront amount across the lease. That makes it the best value for shoppers who do not need AWD or an SUV. View Honda’s Denver-area offers.

Best affordable AWD lease: 2027 Honda HR-V LX

Planet Honda in Golden lists the HR-V LX AWD at $269 per month for 36 months with $4,199 due at signing. Its approximate effective cost is $378 per month before taxes and registration.

The advertised vehicle includes $819 in accessories, so shoppers should request a complete lease worksheet and verify that no additional products are added. The offer expires September 8, 2026. See the Planet Honda specials.

Lowest upfront commitment: 2026 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport

The Civic Hatchback’s advertised $3,257 due at signing is lower than the other leading leases in this comparison. At $303 per month for 36 months, its approximate effective cost is $385 per month.

This may be the most balanced offer for someone who wants to preserve cash while getting a practical, fuel-efficient new car. See the local Civic offer.

Best EV lease: 2026 Honda Prologue Touring AWD

Honda advertises the Prologue Touring AWD at $279 per month for 36 months with $5,099 due at signing in the Denver region. That works out to approximately $413 per month before taxes and fees.

Colorado’s 2026 EV credit is much smaller than it was in previous years, and the federal clean-vehicle credits are no longer available for vehicles acquired after September 30, 2025. That is why current EV leases are generally less dramatic than the ultra-low payments Denver shoppers saw in 2024 and 2025. Before accepting a lease quote

Ask every dealership for the same information in writing:

  • Selling price before incentives
  • Every rebate and its eligibility requirement
  • Money factor and residual value
  • Lease term and annual mileage allowance
  • Acquisition, documentation and disposition fees
  • Taxes and Colorado registration costs
  • Total due at signing
  • Total of all scheduled payments
  • Any dealer-installed accessories or protection packages

For the safest comparison, request a second quote with only the first payment and required government fees due at signing. A large down payment can lower the advertised monthly number, but that cash may be at risk if the vehicle is stolen or totaled early in the lease.
